My second Benz, first was '97 C230. Drove until I had to put it out of its misery - this was a good thing - served me well. When ready to purchase another car, went right back to Mercedes with no reservations.

The car is quick, great suspension/handling, attractive and sporty.. Affordable. Great quality. The interior is a bit cramped but I am used to a 5-series BMW so thats probably why, but I will get used to it. My first Benz. Love this car! Recommend to all!!! A+++

Bought my 2005 C230 sport used with 21,500 miles. Engine check light came on and the car was making some noise at start-up and the air would not shut off.[...] I really like the car so far!!![...]

The 2005 C230 Kompressor is a tiny bit faster than my old 2001 C240, but the difference in handling is like night and day (the Sport package is the real deal). This is a real sport sedan

Comments about autoMedia 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sedans:
A very nice car to own if you are a first time buyer of a Mercedes. The C230 K is quick and nimble on the road. Eye catching style, smooth and clean curves. Very good on gas (even though you have to use premium) but it’s worth it in the long run. I use maybe under a quarter a tank a week going to work and back home everyday, and a little over a quarter tank going back home to Ohio from Michigan (200 and something miles). As for all you first time buyers looking into getting a Mercedes, I would recommend the C230 K.

The 2005 C230 Kompressor Sport is a great Car. I show it off as a 27 year old teacher and everyone wonders how I can afford it. Well...It's affordable. Find a Certified Preowned 2005 or newer in good shape with low miles and you won't be disappointed.
