A bigger slave may work. (What's the politically correct term for "slave cylinder"?) Before I did that, I'd make dang sure the mastercylinder was getting all its fluid to the slave. It might be easier to learn to shift without using the clutch. I tore my ACL skiing--never got hurt racing...

Sorry it took so long to respond. Did you fix the problem? My guess is a failed clutch slave or master cylinder. What did you find? -- The Automedia Answer guy
