I have been told that the BW37TB auto trans used in the saab in the 1990s had a leaking problem from the start, they will alway leak a little fluid just keep it a pint overfilled. Does any one know if this is true or is a leaking transmission problem trying to be covered up.

Sorry it's taken so long to answer your question. This sounds like time for a transmission pro. You might delay the inevitable by changing the transmission fluid, but it's hard to get anywhere close to all the tranny fluid out. The Automedia Answer Guy
