I have just purchased a beautiful 1985 Cadillac Eldorado, having looked at a couple of on-line comments, I am led to believe that there may be several issue with this engine.....My question are there replacement engines available and is this feasable such as the Cadillac North Star engine

 For the price of a new engine (especially a different new engine) you could buy a much nicer new(er) car. Ignore posts and drive it until it won't drive anymore.
