i have a 92 3000gt. 2 diffrent mechanics have had it for 3 mo. the one who has it now is a very reputable mechanic in my area and he has had my car for over a month now and noone can figure out the problum. it surges while it idels and even when its warm. in drive it has NO power and putts,and almost wants to stall.i had to pump on the gas pedel gas to get it to keep going ,but even then it took almost 3 blocks just to get the car to 25mph. after i hit about 20-25mph it would accelerate smoother but still seem to miss fire or surge even if i would be going over 70mph? the following have been ruled out: fuel pump,mass air flow center,tempature gagues,throdl sencer.exahaust... it shows nothing wrong when hooked up to the computers! any suggestions please!!!!!  ( grafixx36@aol.com) thank you!

Back when we were kids we'd mess with people by pouring diesel fuel into their tanks. It makes the vehicle difficult to start, it'll run like a dog and have hardly any power. Ask your mechanic to check and see if perhaps maybe you got a bad tank of gas, maybe watered down, contaminated, or otherwise. No computer will tell you what type or grade of fuel is being burned, and even if everything is functioning properly the vehicle won't run properly if the gas is bad.
