I would suggest checking the fuses for those things. Either in the fuse box console inside the vehicle, or in the motor where sometimes there is another fuse box.
The horn in my vehicle doesn't work either, one day it worked, then next day it didn't. I tried switching the burnt out fuse, but i guess i m not using the right voltage/amps because it still doesn't work. Now i m searching on how many volts a horn needs, for my make and model.
