I was in Chicago and Milwaukee a few weeks ago during one of their many blizzards this season. I happened to rent a Ford Edge from Budget. It was my first time in an Edge. I was overly impressed with the whole car...interior, detail, and best of all the handling through the snow I had to drive through. I drove to Milwaukee and back from Chicago during heavy snow conditions, and the Edge handled like a star...very solid and dependable. I look forward to the next time I can rent an Edge, and will definitely look into purchasing one when that time arrives. Mark O'Sullivan

I test drove the Edge a few times and came very close to leasing one.  A used car deal from a friend ended up being too good to pass up however.  The Edge really impressed me as well, very nice ride, interior and styling.  My wife loved that panoramic vista sunroof, very nice.  There are quite a few on the roads here in Michigan and I've heard all positives so far. I am guessing you had the all wheel drive version since you loved it in the snow so much.
