I recently put a cold air intake into my volvo and after like a month or so it burned out my turbo and i had to replace my turbo and put the original filtered intake in.  A website sells a cold air intake for performance for volvo, will it do the same thing like it last time or will it work?

There is lots of perfomance to be had from a turbo Volvo, but I think intake bolt-ons (other than providing coolest available air) are not a particularly effective area to focus on.
