    Very little brakes

I have a 1993 Chev S10 Blazer,my brake pedal goes almost to floor before it will stop. This started after I backed out of a parking place at parking deck. When I applied brakes (going foward)the pedal went almost to the floor. I have replaced the master cylinder,no change. Had the whole brake system checked. No leaks, new pads & shoes and the whole hydraulic system pressure bled, and new fluid was installed (dot 4). After doing all this I had the new master clyinder replaced again, thinking the other one could could have been bad. Still have the problem. The lines to master cylinder were plugged off to see if the master cyl could be bad. Pedal was hard. Any ideas?

Try bleeding the brakes with the key on, so the ABS motors will run while bleeding the system.

I bled the brakes with the motor running. I'm sure the ABS motors were running.
