04 Cavalier Clutch pipe

My 04 Cavalier (manual transmission) is under 24k mileage. The clutch pipe is broken. The part number is 89060003. I find the rubber part of clutch pressed the corner of a wire box. That point is broken. Do you think this is a design problem?

Try the nhtsa.gov for recalls and look for other sites that have Techinical Service Bulletins.
