The tips at the top refer to basic ways to improve fuel economy. Whereas the lower section with the "no max A/C" advice is for hypermiling, where even negligible gains are welcomed in the pursuit of maximum mpg.

Thanks for writing it.

I did have a question though. In the top section under air conditioning you said that the difference was found to be negligible between rolling down windows and using A/C, but then at the bottom you say “Never use A/C on maximum. If possible, leave the windows up and A/C off.” What should one do?

I like the parking lot tip too because not only may it save a bit of gas over time it is also exercise that adds up as well!

I would recommend you look into car shipping, and its fuel efficiency ratings compared to driving across country. I’d be interested to see what you find. A good place to start is this site in run into the other day doing some comparative research of my own: www.americanautoshipping.com.

This car will go over big. I just wish you could get it out sooner. But thanks for the work and a car that will do so many things for us and the United States in the future.

And the dam unions get away with far too much, and I thank you for taken them on. You must have contrcts with axle for suppling the goods you get from them. The union has caused that supply to be stopped. shouldn't you sue them. I think that you should put out your parts deals with a lot of small business and start breaking up this killing you every time you get ahead, and every time the democrates are running for office and set up failure in the economy for their own benefit. Also I think you should take the federal Government to court for passing laws that give favor to the unions to take over privte companies and take the normal rights of the companies to hire and fire, and to lay off with out pay, and to be able to have a free hand to chalange the compution on a business level, which the Government has take free trade from you. Good luck with everything and Gods speed in all of your adventures. Rally the people behind you.
