Pricing: 2009 Nissan 370Z Coupe

2009 Nissan 370Z coupe pricingNow on sale, the redesigned 2009 Nissan 370Z Coupe starts at $29,930 with a six-speed manual transmission and at $31,230 with the new seven-speed automatic transmission. The new Z is also offered in a 370Z Coupe Touring model, which is priced at $34,460 with the manual and $35,760 with the automatic tranny. (See the 370Z in our 2008 LA Auto Show coverage.)

The late-introduction 2009 model evolves the Z from the generation introduced for 2003, with a more compact and aerodynamic body, shorter wheelbase, more rigid body structure, and a better power-to-weight ratio thanks to a new 332-horsepower 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine. Steering, independent suspension, and brakes have all been enhanced to elevate the performance for the 370Z.

The 370Z is offered in two versions, base and Touring. The better-outfitted Touring adds heated leather-appointed power seats, HomeLink, Bluetooth connectivity, eight-speaker Bose audio system, cargo cover, and aluminum pedals. In addition, two option packages are offered.

Priced at $3,000, the Sport Package includes 19-inch RAYS forged wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires, aerodynamic front and rear spoiler, larger brakes, SynchroRev Match (manual transmission only), and viscous limited-slip differential. The Navigation Package, priced at $1,850, adds a navigation system with XM-sourced traffic data, 9.3GB Music Box hard drive, and iPod interface.

The convertible is expected to follow as a 2010 model. See our 2009 Nissan 350Z roadster review.
