Photo Gallery: DIY Catch Cans

Drill a center hole and cut radial slices out from the center hole. Bend them upward with a pair of pliers (careful, they're sharp!). The breather will "bayonet" into the hole. If you use another style of breather you may need to do this differently, but the idea is the same. Make sure it fits tightly and will not fall out. If necessary, add a spring to hold the breather in place.
