Backing up the Mega Cab is a brace of five-inch vertical exhaust stacks from Warner's Performance that are mounted in a custom metal box for heat shielding. One of the components that ensures the Ram 3500 Interstate Rated has unparalleled towing versatility is Valley Hitch's Underbed 5th Wheel System. Conventional bracing for 5th wheels traditionally render the bed nearly unusable. With the Valley Hitch system, the bracing has been moved underneath to the frame, leaving the cargo area completely empty when the 5th wheel is removed. Mopar rubber mat cushions the bed, and for further towing utility, a White Night Light from Cruiser Stainless Accessories illuminates the bumper hitch.


All told, this one-ton boasts just about everything a hardworking trucker dreams of, and more. After all, what diesel enthusiast hasn't dreamt running a big rig? El Kapitan's Aero Roof has some real practical value, not only by providing extra storage space, but also more electronics than you'd find in most home living rooms. Jensen supplied the 22-inch flat-panel screen setup, which takes full advantage of the Mega Cab's unique rear seats that tilt backward. You can just kick back (literally) and enjoy the Jensen audio/video system mounted in the forward section of the headliner recess.


Suede-like, dove-gray upholstery and Woodview Satin Nickel dash accent panels tastefully furnish the interior of the Mega Cab. Sitting atop the dash is a Mopar Navus navigation system, ensuring you won't lose your way on a long-haul run. Adding to the dress-up of the cabin are Katzkin Tuscany leather seat covers and embroidered floormats from Intromarketing. With the rear windows filled in with sheetmetal by Mike Face Custom Paint (which also applied the Sherwin-Williams paint) and sound-deadening materials from Acoustishield, you can enjoy complete privacy in vault-like quietness.

While the Interstate Ram provides an unprecedented level of styling and interior creature comforts, there's even more to marvel at.
