Description:
Born in 2003, the Volvo S40 sedan continues to deliver large car amenities in a petit-bodied vehicle, as does its V50 wagon counterpart. Crossing the roads of sport and luxury, Volvo offers the S40 and V50 standard with a 2.4-liter 68 horsepower inline five-cylinder engine, while a 2.5-liter 227 horsepower turbocharged inline five is available. Transmission options are a six-speed manual and a five-speed automatic. Putting safety first as always, Volvo delivers the S40 and V50 with their Whiplash Protection System and Side Impact Protection System as standard equipment. Entry-level luxo sport shoppers should be pleased with the Volvo S40 and V50.
