Sharp new lines, a sporty profile and an aggressive stance give the Lancer the sporty look it has spent so many years trying to achieve. This car’s upgrades run deeper than just its skin. The base engine, included with DE and ES trims, is a 143 horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder. A sport-tuned version of the same engine promising a hearty 152 horsepower is offered for the sporty GTS trim -- available with a Sportronic CVT transmission with paddle-shifter and 18-inch alloy wheels.
