Description:

Available is a more robust 6.0-liter V-8 that brings with it 323 horses and hustles 360-lb.ft. of torque. When not in use to transport goods, the Chevy Express, which is available in sizes large enough to offer seating for up to nine people, offers various comfort and convenience features including a DVD player and wide-screen high-definition TV available in sizes up to 26”, to make trips more relaxing. Other engine options include a 301 horsepower 5.3-liter V-8, a 4.8-liter V-8 with power ranging between 258 and 279 horses and a 250 horsepower 6.6-liter turbo-diesel.

Re: Why is my car overheating?My guess is what you're experiencing is every rubber part in the car dying at once. Have you ever changed the radiator hoses? Heater hoses?

How big was the overhaul? Could be poorly installed rings. Did the guy hone the bore?
Did he replace the valve guides?
