| | Redesigned to the point of being called, “all-new,” the Chevy Malibu cleans up and zooms out. Standard Engine is a 2.4-liter 164 horsepower inline four-cylinder, a 3.6-liter V-6 pumps up the ante to deliver 252 horsepower. The plot turner is that the 2.4-liter four is also available with the green Malibu Hybrid model. Transmission options are between a four-speed automatic and a six-speed automatic. Standard safety equipment includes head-curtain side air bags and front seat-mounted thorax protection air bags. Although longer than previous models, Malibu remains an easy to park sedan that should come across as a convenient vehicle. |
