Finally, for those who need to come a bit closer to flying in style, Mercedes offers the SLK55 AMG with a 355-hp 5.4-liter V-8 with a seven-speed automatic with AMG SpeedShift transmission that boasts 0-60 in 4.8 seconds. Four-wheel independent suspension, stability control, traction control, and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS come standard with all three SLKs. Having taken design hints from the world of Formula1 racecars, Mercedes has managed to create a car that is fast, fun, and ultra-classy.
