Description:
Available in one trim only, the 2007 Buick Rainier, offered with rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, gives SUV shoppers their choice of two different engine types. Standard is a 4.2-liter 291-hp V-6 that claims a per gallon mileage rating of 16 for city driving, and 22 for highway. For greater power availability, Rainier is offered with a 302 horsepower 5.3-liter V-8 engine with a towing ability of 6,700 pounds. Both engines come with a four-speed automatic transmission.
