Now in its fifth generation, the all-new Volkswagen Jetta continues its strong presence in the small car segment. Blending equal portions of youthful inspiration with affordable elegance, the new Jetta is more refined and more powerful than any of its long line of predecessors. Starting with the entry Value Edition trim, the Jetta is powered by a 2.5-liter DOHC five-cylinder engine that generates 150 horsepower, a far cry from the based 2.0-liter. A more powerful turbocharged 2.0-liter engine is also available, as is a turbo diesel that yields impressive fuel economy while emitting no harmful greenhouse gasses.
