Assembly
After the exterior paint is completely dry, you can reassemble the two pieces. The four ball bearings should be cleaned and polished if there is any sign of rust. The slider piece lightly clamps over the main body and the ball bearings ride in the slots on the side. A generous application of white or lithium grease will make the slider move back and forth with ease.
