All that's old is new again. Re-pop tanks come ready to go right out of the box.

The pickup and gauge float assembly before going in the hole. Note the "sock" filter on the end of pickup tube. .

Remove the old straps and tank being careful not to set the world on fire. Fasten in the fronts of the new straps.

Fit filler neck connector hose and hose clamps onto filler neck. Tip: always put hose clamps on hoses before you start.

Carefully guide the pickup assembly into the tank. Don't forget to place the o-ring on first.

Lock pickup assembly retaining ring into place with a flat blade screwdriver. Fit fuel line and clamp onto pickup assembly. Trim length after tank is mounted.

Fit filler neck sleeve into body from inside the trunk

Insert filler neck and leave it loose for now. It needs to move around during the tank install.

Insert rear tank strap bolts into place.

Get hold of a pal and convince them to help you mount up the new tank. Fasten the straps. Cinch down each side a little at a time until the tank seats. Make sure you have the filler hose lined up.

The new fuel lines are next in line. With the fender removed it's easy to see the path of the new fuel line. Start by running in from under and turn line as it goes in.

Double check all fuel line hose clamps and fittings. Mount up the screws to the filler neck assembly. Fill 'er up with high test.
