Providing an annual treat for off-road enthusiasts, Jeep rolls out a battalion of Moparized SUVs for the Moab Easter Jeep Safari. In years past, these vehicles have been amazing. Sometimes pointing to the potential when combining a credit card and the Mopar catalog, and other vehicles really show what a team of professional automotive engineers can do with an unlimited budget.
The 45th annual event will be held in Moab, Utah, on April 16 through 24. And again, Jeep will bring out some inspiring rock crawlers. The brand has provided an initial tease with these two illustrations, revealing the Jeep Wrangler “Renegade” and the Jeep Wrangler “Pork Chop”--two of six new vehicles to be shown.
As in years past, we’ll highlight these monster machines once the tarps have been lifted. For now, think about the potential for a reborn Renegade model and of course, the upcoming Pentastar V-6 engine.
The video below shows highlights of last year’s project trucks and the Mopar team having a bit too much fun.
