Description:
Modern and retro, the Toyota FJ Cruiser sport-utility vehicle pays homage to Toyota’s FJ40, a 4x4 paragon of off-road expeditions and safari adventures, from it’s large headlights and bold body contours to its white roof and wraparound side-rear windows. Today’s FJ Cruiser is powered by a 4.0-liter, 239-hp, six-cylinder engine and available in 4x2 rear-wheel drive with 5-speed automatic, full-time four-wheel drive with 6-speed manual, and part-time four-wheel drive with 5-speed automatic. All FJ Cruisers are LEV-II Low Emission Vehicle-rated and come with the following standard features: Toyota Direct Ignition System (TDIS) electronic ignition, high-mounted, double-wishbone suspension and stabilizer bar up front, four-link rear suspension with lateral rod with coil springs and stabilizer bar, vehicle stability and traction control, and 17-inch black steel wheels with a full-size spare.
