Description:
All new for 2008, the sleek and cute Saturn Astra European-inspired sport compact gets some minor updates for ’09, like an available oil pan heater for all models, two new paint colors, and an updated audio package option for five-door XE models. The Saturn Astra comes in three- and five-door models—all fitted with a 1.8-liter DOHC inline four-cylinder engine with a 10.5:1 compression ration and 138 horsepower. Transmission choices are a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. EPA mileage estimates are 24/32 city/highway with the manual and 24/30 with the automatic.
