Description:
Especially appealing if your taste exceeds your take-home, the 2009 Ford Focus five-seat sedan gets additional luxury with a new SEL model. It includes heated chrome mirrors and door handles, heated, leather-trimmed front seats, plus SYNC—Ford’s voice-activated mobile phone and digital music system developed with Microsoft. 2009 Focus sedan SEL models also get 16-inch alloy wheels. SES models get the option to upgrade to 17-inch wheels, plus new suspension tuning. Also new for all 2009 Focus models, coupe and sedan, is the availability of Ford’s AdvanceTrac electronic stability control system. The restyled Focus Coupe features three more horsepower for a total of 143 and quicker acceleration when equipped with the five-speed manual transmission. Both the five-speed manual and four-speed automatic get an impressive 35 miles per gallon on the highway, thanks to a high overdrive gear.
