Description:
The 2009 Chevrolet Aveo5 5-door hatchback gets a new look inside and out starting with a bolder, Malibu-inspired grille, new 15-inch alloy wheels, Charcoal leatherette seating, available leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, a revised driver information center with fuel economy/driving range function and a spoiler for sass. Aveo5 comes with GM’s Oil Life monitoring system, Onstar, available XM Satellite Radio, a standard rear wiper/washer, standard 60/40 flip/fold seats and standard inside trunk release. Competing with the Hyundai Accent, Kia Rio, Honda Fit and Toyota Yaris, the Chevrolet Aveo5 is fitted with a 1.6-liter DOHC I-4 that produces 106 horsepower and 27/34 city/highway mpg from the 5-speed manual or 25/34 mpg city/hwy from the 4-speed automatic.
