Description:
The charm of the TSX, whether first or second generation, is its balance of luxury, technology, upscale/standard features, performance, and fuel economy. While some people may just not get it, anyone who appreciates the “everything in moderation” adage will love the TSX. Keep in mind that many V6 powerplants deliver less horsepower than Acura’s beautifully refined 2.4-liter, high-compression four-cylinder. The TSX makes 201 horsepower, 172 lb.-ft. of torque, and achieves 30 miles per gallon on the highway. And none in the entry-luxury category can compete with the level of standard luxury and rich, high-tech content for less than $30k. If you really love the TSX and just have to have a six, hold out another model year. Rumor has it that a diesel version is also in the works.
