2003 GMC Sierra 2500 Extended Cab
Hardworking truck with comfort to spare

This cast iron block 6.0-liter Vortec V-8 produces 300 horsepower and 360 lb.-ft. of torque.
With a well-known and respected profile, the 2500 receives only a few changes that make it more contemporary without getting all gussied up. A new grille, inspired by the Terra4 concept truck, and a redesigned front bumper add aggressiveness to the front end.
One other area that could be considered a shortcoming is GM's decision not to offer the amazing Quadrasteer four-wheel steering system as an option for the 2500 Sierra. Though available on a few select other models, the Quadrasteer is truly a revolutionary advancement, giving full-size pickup trucks the maneuverability of a sports coupe. Certainly it is something to consider depending on your needs and expectations.
GMC has always had a hardworking lineup of pickup trucks, and in the last few years they have become much more passenger-friendly. Equipping trucks with more creature comforts has helped in making them more popular then ever. However, even with these upgrades, these trucks remain the choice of many contractors and businesses. It may have been difficult for some, but owners have learned to appreciate a lot of comfort in their work truck. (www.gmc.com)
